This week, the spotlight for me was IFA, one of the world’s biggest trade shows for consumer electronics and home appliances. If you’re unfamiliar, IFA (Internationale Funkausstellung) is an annual event held in Berlin 🇩🇪, where top brands, innovators, and tech enthusiasts gather to showcase the latest in gadgets, smart home technologies, and digital trends. And guess what? This was my very first trade show experience! While exhausting, it was equally thrilling.
The exhaustion came from navigating the massive show floor—about 1.73 million square feet! Just walking from one brand to another can leave you hungry (or with swollen feet!). Fun fact: CES, which happens in January, is a whopping 55% larger. 😅
On the flip side, it was fascinating as I finally had the chance to meet some fantastic friends, connect with creators I admire, and shake hands with brands I’ve collaborated with for years.

I am most proud of my first-ever event coverage video, which I was pretty nervous about. Not only was I invited by a fantastic brand, but I traveled solo, which pushed me to step up creatively. I’d love for you to check out the episode and let me know your thoughts!
