The one with the comment before the ending
Because watching the full video is apparently a side quest
Let’s face it - some people watch YouTube videos like they’re skipping through a playlist at a party they didn’t want to be at. You drop hours into crafting a thoughtful story arc, build tension, set the scene… and 23 seconds in, someone’s in the comments going:
“You forgot to mention the battery life.”
It’s wild how often people miss context, ignore nuance, and proudly declare their opinions—before the part where you actually address their questions or concerns. Maybe it’s the algorithm. Maybe it’s the dopamine loop. Maybe it’s just… Kevin.
Short attention spans aren’t new, but in a world where playback speed 1.5x is the default, depth is becoming rare. People want answers fast, and if they don’t get them, they manufacture their own. In the comments. With confidence. Lots of confidence.
But here’s the thing - many videos are built with structure. There’s a reason something is near the end. Maybe it’s the twist. Maybe it’s the punchline. Maybe it’s the part that wraps it all up and makes the opening make sense. Skipping it is like leaving a movie 20 minutes early and yelling “plot hole!” in the lobby.
If you’re still reading this: Congrats, you’re not Kevin 😂
In my latest video, I actually addressed the question everyone keeps asking in the comments. It’s in the second half. Go figure.
The iPad Now Is ALMOST a Computer
Hello Mr. E! I also watch your videos at 1.x speed and all to the very end, not only for the great content you prepare, but also because your videos are such an eye candy, the music in the background, they just simply relax me and put a smile on my face. Simply put, I just enjoy watching them, even if you made a video on how to fix a bowl of cereal, the visual, the sound effects, the background music, the jokes, everything comes together perfectly :).
Don’t get frustrated by the comments in your videos, now a days, everyone with a phone on their hands is “an expert” and just says whatever is in their minds without having a clue or having the “full picture” and context.
Just keep up the hard work Mr. E, you are a unique YouTuber out there, putting attention not just on uploading a new video, but also, making a story, making it visually appealing, adding the right music, etc.
As a suggestion… one day record a video and post it to YouTube playing backwards 🤣, that would be interesting and people will not complain that you left the most important until the end.
God bless!
I like your content and I like to watch them until the end (at 1.0x :)), not only because this is how we should consume the product but also to understand the full picture of your thoughts. I appreciate your unbiased way to explore the world of technology. Keep going! Forget about stupid comments, there will be always many no matter how good your content is...
