Have you noticed that the most challenging thing is sticking to routines when things get bad? Usually, bad things make us question everything we do - whether it's on a personal or professional level. Questioning ourselves plants the seeds of doubt that inevitably leads to ditching the routines and spiraling into negative and even depressing introspections that are very tough to shake off. While spinning out of control in the centrifuge of self pitty and skepticism, it isn't easy to realize that the solution for improving the situation is actually the very thing we so quickly dismissed - routines.
I am sharing this realization and affirmation because I had a terrible beginning of 2023 - on a personal level. Posting this newsletter was very low on my list of priorities, it being a tiny portion of the routines I ditched that usually keep me in check. I always tell myself: “No matter what happens, everything happens for a reason”. January, for me, was a reason to be all the more grateful for what I have - my family and you, the viewers and readers. The lesson was this - stick to the routines, even when things get bad. It’s not easy - but it helps! I am sorry I've been absent for a month. Let's get back to 2023!

Interesting app
The new Microsoft Edge is out, and aside from being a nicely re-designed browser, there’s one thing that makes it extra special - Microsoft’s AI integration. From what we’ve all read online, the new Bing is giving Google a run for their money - a race that many of us will benefit from. Depending on your location, feel free to give the new Edge browser a chance and let me know your thoughts.
One thing I got better at
This week we explored the opportunity of integrating vlog snippets into the long format videos - something that you’ll see for the first time next week. Although I always try to improve the craft, I realize I’ve sat comfortably on my a-roll chair for far too long. It is time to improvise and share more.

Favorite Video
One of my personal favorite videos this week was Doug DeMuro’s story of a car that changed his life. What matters here is not so much the fact that it’s an exotic car but what it meant for Doug and how it led to a series of events that helped him become who he is today.

We’ve prepared a very different kind of video. Here’s a sneak peek of what’s coming this Monday.
I don’t use two screens. If you saw something in a frame it must’ve been for illustrative purposes
In your latest widgets for iPhone I noticed that you use two screens. It used to be just one. What is the reason for this change?
